Then a selection of more ‘editorial’ style images will be captured to portray the true feel that the property provides; photographing unique features, details and angles.

Perfect for detailing the location of the property in relation to beaches, town centres or places of interest, and promoting the beautiful area the property is located in.

Twilight/sunset images - $70 - $100 (depending on location)

A really nice touch as a ‘Hero’ shot of the property.

Requires a second visit in the evening to the property.

All images supplied in high resolution for online listings and lower resolution ready for social media use. Supplied electronically via a Dropbox link for you to download.

A high end professional video is the ultimate way to show your unique property.

While Airbnb does not enable video on your listing, if you have a social media presence for the property, a website, or use another hosting platform that allows video, this can be an incredibly powerful way to attract guests.

We can produce a full 30 sec - 2 minute video, or provide several short 15-30 second clips for you to use on social media.
